is there any difference between the 1.03 addon for vb3.6 and the one for 3.7?

I hope someone can help me with this question:
If this mod told me that user A and user B are the same person but I saw that they have different IP addresses and different ISPs (although both are located in the same city), how should I interpret this? Is A the same person as B?

i tried this on 3.8.2 but doesnt seem to work ... anyone had any luck with 3.8.2 ... i checked my cookies it doesnt seem to add the extra cookie, the only one i see is VB cookie

I upgraded to 3.8.2 and it still works. :)

this is how i am testing
using IE
i loging to test 1
then log out
and log in to test 2

this should trigger it right?
it worked ONCE and then nothing ... :(

It will work again a few days later if you test it again. You cannot test it twice on the same day.
