It dont upgrade the lvls of the users. Always shows the same.. When i tryed to recount manually.-. This error

I have VB 3.6.2.
Installed it clean.. first time.
I see absolutely nothing.... nothing in postbit, nothing in quicklinks (selected that in admincp), nothing in profiles, nothing in the pulldown menu for users...

I manually updated the counters, i uploaded everything Binary etc..
But i see nothing at all.. not even errors..

I know it says int he text (3.6.8) but the titel says 3.6.x ... and i dont think 3.6.8 is THAT different from 3.6.2!?

As stated above:
This mod will work with vBulletin 3.6.8/3.6.9 and vBulletin 3.7 or higher.

vBulletin 3.6.2 does not have the required template hook system.
