Yes you're right. It's not overwriting the original welcome panel. Attached the screen shot .. anyway to fix it?

Did you remove the ZT plugins and the welcomepanel template from ZT? If this is your first install?

Hi,

Yes, this is my first install. So I do not have ZT's plugins installed.

Hm... Maybe a malfunctioning plugin. Do you have two? If you would like I could better investigate this with Admin login. I'm not sure why it would do such a thing.

the new posts area, all it says is "There's been" and thats it. Below that is says "don't forget to read the rules" and has the rules linked, but the new posts are doing anything. Went through and removed previous ZT installs.

Any ideas on where to go from here to fix this issue?
