I'm having a problem getting the chat box to appear in the correct forums. The goal is to have the chat box appear in one particular forum using a specific channel, possibly adding more channels to other forums in the future.

Position of the chatbox on the forum home (forumhome) Do not Display
Position of the chatbox in the forums (forumdisplay) Above the threads
Ids of the forums in which the chatbox shall be displayed 6

If I leave the third one blank, the chat box appears in ALL of the forums. If I specify one forum (6 in this case), it doesn't appear in any of them. Am I specifying the forum ID incorrectly, or possibly missing something else?

How can I just set this to premium users?

i got the strange behavour, that only firefox users experience enourmous loading times in chatbox and VSA Advanced forum statistics..

My webserver runs on with:
- Debian LAMP
- 16 GB RAM
- Quadcore i7 (3.45 GHZ)
- vbulletin 4.1.8

Serverloads are like instant 0.01 0.01 0.01, so i guess it's a AJAX / FF issue..
I really do not know where to start - any suggestions?

You can set the time between refreshes in the options.
That could be it or else your server could be slow.
I personally have a US hosted site and im in Australia. Always get lag on the damn thing.

Trust me I have no lag, lol. The one forum I have is 4.1.8 and no issues as the icons all appear. My other forum is 4.1.5 and the icons don't appear. Just the smiles do. Strange. I unloaded and reloaded them all over again and same thing, lol.

I've a problem with this addon. This problem is only "active" when a moderator is logged in. Admins and normal (guests too) don't have this problem. The problem is, it destroys the style, the logo_gfx. Also the layout itself is displayed multiple times inside the chatbox.

I'm using vBulletin Suite v4.1.9.

Please take a look on the attached screenshot.

Settings:
Show ChatBox on pages (comma separated THIS_SCRIPT locations) = index
Show ChatBox in templates (comma separated template names) = FORUMHOME
Position on page (Disable if you add ChatBox manually in templates) = Below Forums

Set permissions:
Usergroups able to view ChatBox but not post messages = 3,4
Usergroups NOT able to view ChatBox (comma separated ID list) = 1,8
Groups able to moderate ChatBox (comma separated usergroup IDs) = 5,6,7
Usergroups NOT able to edit messages (Banned automatically excluded) = 1,3,4,8

Note: I've the same problem with the "VSa - Advanced Forum Statistics v7.0.3" addon.

I still can't get the icons to work. They are loaded right. Any ideas?

are they in the correct folder

or if it's looking for them in a custom style you need to add them to that statusicon
folder
use IE and right click on the missing image and look at the path..

How can I change the color of the username of admin and mod users in the chat? I want it colored!!!
