Please post the username in question.

You need to ensure you've uploaded the contents of the upload folder exactly as-is, and followed the instructions in the readme.txt file :)

I have all the files uploaded, box shows up on the forum page, but I cannot get any of the admin cp options work even though they all show up in the drop down.. all I get is a window popping up that says "invalid action" when I click on one of them.

Any ideas?

I got you. One thing that I failed to mention is that I upgraded from 2.5 so a lot of the folders prexisted so I went through some moving processes when I'd get fail messages while the plugin was installing.

I'll go back and check that the admin files are in the forum directory. Thank You.

Ohh, in that case remember to also perform the steps in the Upgrade Notes files found in the zip. That should resolve it for you :)

Hi .... I would like to place the vBShout in a new window and not under the navbar....????

The Pro version has a Detach feature :)

The input area works off of two StyleVars:
input_background and control_focus_background. The first is before the user selected the input area, and the 2nd is while the user is typing.

The actual shouts' background area works off of the postbit_background StyleVar.

Oh my God :(.... okz T.T! ty

I feel like a fool here.......I've played with this a ton, I've got it in the nav and visible on all pages, the default viewing just on the forum page.....

But what I'm trying to do and have been searching for 2 days and CAN NOT figure out is:

I just want the vBShout box to only show up on the page when users click "New Posts" I cannot figure this out for the life of me......

Any help? I know the code is: {vb:raw show.vbshout_instance1} no issues there, its just getting it to show when the user clicks "New Posts" how the heck do I get it to show ONLY on that one page??
