How do i completly remove this mod from everyware on my forum?

When i uninstalled it, and went to edit usergroup permissions it will not let me because of this mod. I uninstalled it but it still has code in my files, how do i completly remove it?

Hmm... so, finally I found something, replaced 0.5.0 mgc_cb_evo and mgc_cb_evo_ajax with 0.3.0 as one post suggested... don't knowwhy, but now the chat is working Oo

still no improve on this...try to re-install and see to it...100% followed what all the install instruction say...same as the usergroup permission...but still can't see anything to chatbox...so as the smiley...totally blank...but the chatbox is there...something is not correct here...it's weird...same as what happened to OBMOB & RedGTiVR6...

bro i did also and follow this trick...but still no luck... :( we have 2 mgc_cb_evo right...the one to be place to root and the one to admincp folder...are both to place to root...right?...i might try maybe the other version on this...just to play around...to make this work...hopefully...:rolleyes:

I was referring to the other poster's problem on the PM pop-up window. Anyway, here's the problem:

Before installing this product, whenever a member receives a private message, there is a pop-up window that appears in the screen upon logging in or browsing the pages. This served as a reminder to the recipient that he/she has a new private message in his inbox. Now, after I installed MGC Chatbox, I noted that this "PM pop-up" window disappeared and the only clue that a new PM message is in the inbox is looking at the "New Notification" in the right upper box (assuming that you are using the default vBulletin style.

What have I done exactly? I've installed your product... funny when I disable it and tried sending PMs to other members, the PM pop-up window appears again.

I hope this is clear. I'll be graciously awating for more updates. Thanks in advance.

I'm using vBulletin 3.7.1 PL2, by the way

See!? Wasn't so hard! Didn't even used a translator :D

Oh and Opera issue still remains! Unfortunately! But in strange way. I mean, the menus work but when the amount of shouts are so that the scroll bar is seen they stop working right. My trick: click the button, scroll down or up the chatbox and then the menu is working right (hope you understand me).

@VBDev you didn't comment this post! Or isn't there anything to comment?:)

Hi VBDev,

Ok I have had help checking for problems with version 0.5.0 running on VBulletin version 3.7.2 Patch Level 1.

I can send other members a pm fine in the chatbox, the popup works correctly. But when other members try to send me or another member a pm, it says "user does not exist". This is the case also when other members try to respond to my pm.

I have updated and set settings correctly for user groups. Besides the pm problem the chatbox is working correctly.

Just trying to assist you with tracking down the problem others may be experiencing.
