Yes Yes, that one comes from the chatbox.

However, the type of error is a problem with your sql server as "it goes away". Here is an interesting explanation of what it means : ttp://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/gone-away.html

Did you encounter such errors previously to the chatbox install ? I am thinking that perhaps your host does allow limited mysql simultaneous connexions ?

Atm, the shoutbox is working fine, but the username colour is white, and it contrasts with my white background, therefore i can see the username. How do i change the username colour from white, to blue ?

Same thing, think I tried them all. Tried a fresh install of this one on 3.7.0 beta 3 and chatbox shows but just keeps loading. Will wait for 3.7 version as the features on this chatbox look great.

That's strange, it should work.

Have you tried those steps :

Reverting the chatbox templates
Uploading chatbox files again (especially the js files)

You have to edit the mgc_chatbox_bit template for that and find every $username and change the html to do that :)

Yes. i think the Problem is, that everytime the Chatbox will be displeyd, the Smilies listet in the Background ;)

So, if 40 User visit a side, than the Smilies are the problem. Its better, that the smilies displayed first, if a User Click on the Smilies ;)

But you know the Problem.. i hope it fixed in the next released.

What I was meaning is that the smilies are retrieved in only one sql query so I don't see the problem.
