I think the result of Ghana Vs USA must be 2-1 (including extra time without penalty in case) because my users compalins about the result (1-1).

Same here.

I actually changed my own prediction from 1-1 to 2-1 Ghana after reading the scoring system posted by AA_ in this thread.

Hi

The result of the match between Ghana and USA is stored 1-1, But it is not compatible with the calculating of the final result of matches to the end of penalties (2-1 at this match):confused:

Hi AA,

I think the final score would have to be based on 90 minutes.

I hope AA can make changes to it as most of our members are complaining that this system is unfair.

Could AA kindly revert the score based on 90 minutes or is there a way that we could do it ourselves?

What Custom rewrites do you want? You can do this yourself through the normal custom rewrites - you can also check out their (vbseo) website to learn how to do custom rewrites.

I am brand new to vbseo and have custom rewritten all of my forum urls etc

I don't have this installed as it doesn't support the Australian Hyundai A-League and that is what my members really want but I can help slightly if you are stuck but you should look at doing it yourself so you can do it for any other modifications you install.

Ι Totally agree with that!

I have 100 visitors complaining about this today!

I managed to change the result myself but I can't do that every time we have extra time. From what I understand, it was working correctly and someone asked to count the extra time? Why would someone ask something like that? It doesn't make any sense at all!

AA please correct this.

there is nothing to be "corrected". the addon works as it should. hundreds of forums have no problem with it. no one is forced to use the free and ad-free addon.

"fix" for dissatisfied users:
1. ACP -> Plugins & Products -> Manage Products -> Fussball-Tippspiele -> Uninstall -> Yes
2. Click to "Mark as Uninstalled".

if someone changes results in the database, makes the tippspiel unusable.
I have been warned! I do not support that.

I'm really sorry you got upset about my post. I didn't mean to do that.

Perhaps my English is not that good.

I see other board owners complaining about this feature and I thought that it would be reasonable not to count the extra time.
But you are right, you are the owner and coder of the add-on and you can do as you like, as far as we don't pay you for that. So please accept my apology and continue your great work.

i m fighting with my users for extra minitues result score..no one enter draw score and at this steps competitions couldnt be a fair.

Just a suggestion but is it possible or could you make it an option in admincp so that "Display notification for all unbetted matches in navbar" is ON by default for all users who play the game.

The only reason i ask is that some people dont realise they have this option and miss games etc..

I can add one option, "activate subscription xxx at the very first tip."
is it ok?

so we need to run this query into out php admin? anyway i've activated this option but i never see the notification running ...

Thank you for your answer, but this ruins everything for my site.

There was nothing like that in the description. And yes, I know if I don't like it I should uninstall it. Probably I will, as this is not a soccer competition, since in soccer there is a draw in the final result, like in all betting agencies. Not in this plugin.

Sorry about my temper, but now I have to face my visitors and try to explain something that cannot be explained.

AA can I make a request that will save me and other sites which have a problem with overtime and penalties?

Is it possible, to let us change the result manually from the db? Just the result from the database table. We won't touch the code!

I have done that, but everytime your program connects to your server the result changes back!

Please, this will save the day for us!

in the final rounds there *must* be a winner in every game. tie is not logical! this addon is based on football goals for many years. without problems and discussions. quite simple.

Counting extra time is not logical at all.

I thought we were all here trying to make our suggestions to make the addon better.

If you make a poll I'm sure you will see that most forums don't like this feature.

At least give people an option not to count extra time. I'm not the only one here complaining? Right?

For me this discussion here is over. I can not change the system. I have only football goals and nothing else. Nevertheless many thanks for the suggestions.

Bit will it work if you change the scores in the table soccer_postresult_log, or will it get overwritten each time there is an centralized uodate?

Using this great mod at http://forum.bettingadvice.com and users are complaining heavily on the extratime and penalty scores added to the 90 mins score.
