Bug in vBulletin 4.2 CMS:

When modifying a Static HTML widget, it will become corrupt and no longer work. The widget must be deleted and re-created.

Temporary solution is to disable VBSuper.PM before modifying the widget.

This is not an issue I've been able to replicate. Can you please try disabling all other modifications, and if it still exhibits this behaviour, provide step-by-step instructions on how to replicate this issue?

You didn't upload all required files to the server or the file is chmodded incorrectly.

ozzy47 11-27-2014 03:40 PM

Yes Dave is probably correct.

It appears as if you have uploaded the files incorrectly.
Please drag and drop the contents of the upload folder (use Ctrl+A to select all files) to your public_html folder. https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2015/01/19.png

thanks! I will try again!

ozzy47 11-27-2014 03:45 PM

Sure thing, let us know how it goes. :)

Cyclist 11-27-2014 03:55 PM

It contains 2 folders
1. Upload
2. XML

I upload as you said the first into the public.html
Should i do something with the second? I just upload it with in the ACP.

Still gives me the same message

So in your FTP, navigate to includes/xml folder, and see if you have a file called, bitfield_dbtech_vbsuper_pm.xml

Cyclist 11-27-2014 04:01 PM

No it's not there!
What should i do?
Thanks!
