3. in blog preview page, clicking on image is fine.
4. if we goto that particular blog, clicking same image opens in same page, requiring back click

I dont really get the slideshow bit.

Issues we have are ( possibly documented within this thread )

1. [forum] external images, open in same window, requiring back click to return to forum. Not a great feature.
2. [articles] if slideshow feature on, the lightbox hangs. If slideshow feature off, works fine.

Ste

It seems as if something is not loading the javascript correctly this is the only reason the images open in new/same window. I will have to check the slideshow as I really haven't used that option much.

Again it seems as if the javascript is not loading correctly.

Do you have the supercharged mod installed? That was having problems with this, But was fixed by both people.

Please give me some links to the threads/blogs with images on your site so I can take a look.

Cheers for the reply mate.

forum:
yobromofo.com/forum

user; don
pass; stupid

link 1 http://www.yobromofo.com/forum/blogs/

Click any image in 1st blog

Works fine

Open the blog

link 2 http://www.yobromofo.com/forum/blogs...sneak-peek-40/

click any image ( opens in new window )

This was previously an issue with vbseo I think.

Regarding forum thread:

http://www.yobromofo.com/forum/f82/v...tml#post171329

Opens in same window.

However switch your hack off, and it works correctly, but obviously image is humungous lol.

Put slideshow on, and its as my initial post.

Regards Ste

Incidentally we are using our own js for the forumhome images. The call for the JS I added to headinclude file

These are the JS files ( added as attachment ) perhaps there is a conflict.

The images on your Blog are using the vBulletin attachment system.

For the thread vBseo is still removing the <a rel="lytebox[postid]"
They was supposed to fix it but it seems they forgot to leave that there again.

TimberFloorAu 01-24-2010 12:02 AM

Gottya I had spoken to them about this, ages ago, and last release as you say was supposedly fixing this issue.

The slideshow I can do without, if we dont use the slideshow, is it worth removing its JS component. If so How ?

Thanks Mate

If you turn off Lytebox in the settings you can remove the Lytebox folder as it isn't used.

How ever if you get vBseo to fix it the image link and leave the <a rel="lytebox[postid]" alone. It will load in Lytebox.
