Hi,

many many problems with full version. The docs only available for 1.2 and seems not correct.

1. Cron job dont create log entry's (have checked) and don't send newsletters
2. There a lot of fields missing in the settings like smtp.host and sleeping time.
3. Delete Bounce on pop don't work. I must put the pop host manually in the php and insert the field smtp.host and insert there the pop-server - then i can login, but bounces are not deleted.
Seems that you use smtp.host field for pop - Login?:down:
4. Cron job dont work on shell - try curl and Php - Licence Server Invalid

This full version is a definitive not buy!
I have open several tickets and technical tickets are deleted and not closed or answered.

That's not a company i trust it or buy it further.

Same story from me - purchased the full version, then spent quite some time sorting out issues with them and acting as a beta tester. First newsletter that we sent using this system sent 3 copies to our 5000 member mailing list - can't afford for that to happen again.

I have asked for a refund via support and have then had those tickets closed and deleted.

I didn't even bother with the refund. I just asked for a cancellation of my webhosting account with them, and then proceeded to remove the QH mailer software from my vB when they didn't provide further support with that.

I have sent 3 support tickets with no response.
