the hacks, are mostly from august, or have been most pupular in august, it doesn'T matter when the poll is, but the hacks counts :)

yeah, but the votes and install counts are expanded wider, so if i vote on september, it's not for the august poll anymore, isn't it ?! who will vote for an action they have done sooner?!... anyway...
