About a year ago vb.org had some template forums, and I was in favor of them being exported to vbtemplates.com when vb3 was introduced, but...

It just hasn't worked. I tried to lurk and post at vbtemplates.com but it just doesn't seem active. Merging the sites won't be perfect but it should make things more efficient. It's healthy that the staff is willing to review these things and have an open mind.

thats the main reason why i didnt post on vbt that much, the site came in handy when needed something but just for a reply took a long time.

I used to go to vbtemplates.com but it always seemed so inactive.. hope this is the best for the vbulletin community :)

Btw. there is already an announcement on the portal page, just not specific date right now, as we're doing the test aso behind the scenes ;)

Normally we make an announcement on the board as well, and then comments can go there ;)

Well, we will have to rewrite the algorithm a bit, but i think we will stay with coder, as Colin said html code is code as well ^^

It's hypertext markup language actually, not code - but whatever floats your boat :p

I'd rather be a templer or temper as I originally suggested. That way folks who do both can by coders and templers

The usertitle system is easy to rewrite, maybe we make double titles Speak Advanced Coder & Master Templer or whatever.

Well, then PHP means: PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor, which is just as much code as html :p

It was just a suggestion - It would be a good laugh if you would actually use those randomly-thought-up suggestions.

It's a tip of the day system that launches a popup for members once a day - if you're not a member it won't launch anything for you and it doesn't launch anything on the day you're account is established.

I *think* it's working, but I'm sorta waiting for reports from the users to be sure.

Still belongs on vBulletinTemplates. I'm sure nothing from the modification forums will be lost in the merge.
