the great torture. but o well i can wait a little longer, just as long vb.org can keep me busy as its my morning site run
About a year ago vb.org had some template forums, and I was in favor of them being exported to vbtemplates.com when vb3 was introduced, but...
It just hasn't worked. I tried to lurk and post at vbtemplates.com but it just doesn't seem active. Merging the sites won't be perfect but it should make things more efficient. It's healthy that the staff is willing to review these things and have an open mind. Anyway, good luck! |

I used to go to vbtemplates.com but it always seemed so inactive.. hope this is the best for the vbulletin community :)
Btw. there is already an announcement on the portal page, just not specific date right now, as we're doing the test aso behind the scenes ;)
yea i noticed that lastnight, thats why i made the post when it was gonna happen.
psst, can we get a beta test of it *wink* *wink* ;) :p ... *off topic* why doesnt the front page news allow comments, i think it will become useful if people have questions about the new exciting news posts, without starting a new thread all the time. |
Well, it's just a simple news system, without the comments ;)
Normally we make an announcement on the board as well, and then comments can go there ;) |
Just curiously, if someone releases a modification to the templates, what would we call 'em :p
i belieave template modification ;)
I mean we have Coder for people who made hacks(modification to the source code) ;) so...
temper lol :p

Ah, you're right, I like Coder ;)
Templer sounds good to me.
Lol, Templer would sound really good, yep ;)
Well, we will have to rewrite the algorithm a bit, but i think we will stay with coder, as Colin said html code is code as well ^^ |
It's hypertext markup language actually, not code - but whatever floats your boat :p
I'd rather be a templer or temper as I originally suggested. That way folks who do both can by coders and templers
Well as said, we have to look about that later.
The usertitle system is easy to rewrite, maybe we make double titles Speak Advanced Coder & Master Templer or whatever. feel free to suggest what you think would fit in best :) |

I'm putting the finishing touches on a rather interesting and extensive template modification - does it go here now or still on vbtemplates?
