What is it going to take to get this hack? 45 people here installed it and I'm sure you are getting this email notification. Please could you post the zip file containing this hack as the site that is hosting it is down and has been for weeks.

How do I change the name of "karma". The postbit just has the variable $post[imaword] and I have no idea where it's pulling the word karma from. Couldn't find it in the database at all. :S

Is there anyway someone could modify this hack for so it shows the amount of points each usergroup has? :ermm:
And make a new page that shows all usergroups, which one has more points and such :paranoid:

i use this, and enjoy it.. but there are two issues

1) pressing F5 / refresh in the adis window will continue to add points

2) people can insert improper values - and they are abusing it.. you do not have to be logged in or even a member to do this

I would like to change the name from Karma to something like MoJo or something like that.

I have it changed in the click button under each thread (the icon). I have it changed in the welcome text through the templates section...

But in the section just above the AVATAR, it still says Karma: where do I go to change that word to MoJo:

Finally...with that said, are there any other places I'm not thinking about where the word KARMA will show up???

the problem I had was due to unregistered users posting. However I have a new bug / problem:

When I use the search facility in the admin cp and search for a user name I always get a 404 error. However when I'm searching for amounts of Karma it all works fine.

Currently I'm using vB 2.3.0

After reading the whole thread - and seeing that no one has answers any of the questions - i realise that My posting here maybe won't help anything at all :(

If anyone out there has working knowledge of the karma system might you be able to come along and help us out?

Personally I've got 2 problems, 1st can anyone recomend values for the posts (what did you set new threads at for example?)

2nd.. well truth be told i've got half the problems other people have listed on this thread, I realise the author said he would not support it, but maybe someone else can?

Ok i've got this running on 2.3.0 and it's not giving any errors or anything. The only thing i can't seem to get right is the progress bar, which is exactly the thing I want to use. It always shows me the full bar for however much points people have, with 502/502 under it, instead of 502/$possible_total

Do i need to change anything anywhere? I have gone through the code but can't find anything obviously wrong. Also went thru the settings and I dont see what should change.

Did anyone that managed to get this to work also managed to get the progress bar working correctly?
