We have 5000 members and I give image hosting, some of the images are pretty big so we use about 200 gig of bandwidth per month. oh and my dbase size was 400 meg just yesterday :paranoid:

I clean database every 3rd month from inactive accounts (last time deleted +11000 accounts) and I delete some of the old threads as they are not relevant anymore (for my forum).

Current MySQL DB size is 130Mb
All of the attachments are stored outside of the MySQL DB (faster access + smaller DB, weee) which is about 1.2Gb.

Had over a million posts till we had a db crash without a backup about 8 months ago...

There are currently 135 members and 4 guests on the boards. | Most users ever online was 201 on 04-01-2003 at 08:34 PM.
