Stopped members with IE8 accessing the forum correctly so had to un-install this.

Thanks for another wonderful product mate!!! Love your work, so far my most installed mods! Tested and worked great, ....maybe affected the Forum Notifications mod, as it re installs the standard notifications I disabled when install Forum Skins Notifications, you can have a look if you like!

-Revert product templates if modified

I too have the same issue with avatars not showing. Not huge, but would like things as they should be.

It's working on 4.2, but shouldn't this be upgraded ?

Is there any hope of you creating a mod that allows the blinking highlight feature to work whenever there's any type of notification? I have the "Recent Thanks for [AJAX] Post Thank You Hack" also installed on my board and it'd be great to have the notifications also blink for users when someone has thanked a post of theirs.

Any way of getting this done? Thank you again.

there is a small space next to the private message drop down after updating
it was never there before on vb4.1.12pl1 If you click the blank space it brings you to your pm box

That's where drop-down menu is added, but that link is not visible for me in Firefox, IE, nor Chrome.

I just upgraded to vb 4.2 and now it doesn't work. How do I fix it? It don't show up or work at all. I have a custom theme and it will show up on the vB theme, but not my custom theme. Any ideas?

Installed to my 4.2 pl1 site. Seems to work except that notification is not blinking until you go into your inbox.

Marking as installed. Avatars are showing up in PM ok. Not having the issue others have reported. If you have spare time to address the non blinking issue that would be a bonus.

The same is also in my case (vB 4.2.0 PL1). It would be nice to get rid of this added space :-).

Between new posts and private messages is private.php. But it is invisible. You can check on my forum www.imspot.org.

I have two sites with custom themes, and its not working on either one. Anything I can check out to make it work. Do I need to change something so it shows up on navbar? When I enable it the private message link goes away. Really confused on this one. Both are the newest versions of vB.

What does "use control panel settings" mean in the vBoptions?

If unchecked it will ignore user setting in their control panel to save or not sent messages by default.

Gotcha, thanks. Is there any way to remove that gap that links to PM box when the nav link is enabled besides manually building the navlinks with the new nav manager??

If I disable the "Enable Private Messages Menu in the NavBar" the Link will appear, but not the menu list under neath it. Anyone have any ideas?

This blinks correctly with a PM, but it does not blink with any other notifications. How can I make it blink if there are any notifications?
