Blog posts awaiting moderation should also be added to that list. Currently, you can't even moderate blog posts from within the moderator control panel.

...definitely needs to be implemented. Thread shows up below the avatar and overlaps the time. Can't really release it to members yet.....you also get random lines (like hr breaks) when you first load the pop up. It then disappears on reload.

Not anymore. We have a large forum and its seems to be just fine now.

Couple things need to be addressed to put it over the top. The text wrap in url's and add reputation comments :D

We have a 27k member forum with sometimes over 30k visitors using the site in 1 day. Site running well.

Tried the lite version on my dev environment, nothing happens when I post replies to the threads from another account.

It seems ok in Chrome but the number just comes on then off in IE ???

Needs to be an option to have multiple responses condensed. In a busy forum you have large amounts of responses in a short time and the pop up becomes useless. If you had a option where it shows multiple responses to the same thread in a single line it would be better.

Examples: User A, User B, User, C responded to "Sample Thread"

If not you come back 12 hours later and have 93 notifications. Nobody wants to sift through them all.

You could use the Avatar to the latest post or first.

Thats how facebook does it.

I was just having the exact same conversation with my staff. Our conclusions was that the notification needs to be dynamic, so that it changes with every new reply
Listing all the users that replied becomes difficult if a large number of users reply.

A feature request:

An overview of notifications not on profile, but on a usercp page. Preferable a tabbed content page with tabs for:
- New content, including subscriptions, replies, quotes & @username
- Messages (PM & VM)
- Reputation comments
- Moderation

Profile is already too full and other members should not see notifications about a users messages.

I'm liking how google + has one notification box, not 3 or 4 or 5. Just one notification section for everything.

Google does not cause as many notifications, as a busy vbulletin board does. I often have 100+ notifications in vbulletin. Its a different animal.

Yeah the next update will try to condense similar notifications.

On a side note, We just released a major update on all our themes for v.4.1.5 compatibility.

Well the people who spent the money for a subscription (like me) would like an idea. I wouldnt want to think you are spacing out updates to coincide with your subscription time frames.

Our major last release was 8/1/2011; about a week ago; time frames are minimum 3 months and for some 18 months. So no worries.

Aha, its' just about ready. We're literally just trying to fix this last glitch that's giving us a little bit of trouble. For replies it already accumulates notifications in 1 notification. We want it to do that for new threads as well...

in your includes folder you have two file one named functions_livenotifications.php~

also the line to add in the header cant get it to work shows a blank link
