Any update on a 3.8 version becoming available soon? I've got a new site that I'm working on and would love this as a feature of the site. :) |

Hey DragonByte Tech,
Love your work! I'm getting this error when I use a test user that is part of the registered user group. Quote:

I got the following error when I try to take quiz:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in /home/streetra/public_html/v4/includes/class_core.php(4010) : eval()'d code on line 28 Running vB 4.0.2 /Mulle |
What type of quiz did you create? If it was variety what type of questions? Would help me narrow down the error.

I have tried several options, but it´s the same result anyway.

Installed lite version for testing with thanks, before purchasing Pro version ... :)
Everything installed fine and I checked option setups ... Unfortunately, I don't see any way to get at the product as it doesn't appear on any of the Navbars or under drop down boxes? What am I missing? Edit: Never mind ... found out you have to go into each user group and enable viewing ... :D Regards, Doug |
thanks you for mod
Can you add "True" and "False" type? |
Where did the mod download files or the update go?

great mod!!
I will have the forum members spinning in circles soon with this one LOL  |
I couldn't find a demo quiz. Do you have a link?
And would it be possible to import existing quiz questions into this quiz? I realize the functionality is likely not built in, but would it be difficult to use queries to do this? I've been through several quiz mods in the past, and am a bit hesitant about getting another one lest it not be around all that long. I apologize if this has been answered in the posts already; I've read only the first page. Thanks! :) |

http://www.dragonbyte-tech.com/vbquiz.php It could be done through sql. I'm also working on an importer from inferno quiz if that is the one you are talking about getting the questions from. Dylan |
Just added v1.1.0
Changes:
|
When i open a quiz i get this error-message in the top (over the forum header):
Warnung: getimagesize(image.php?u=27&dateline=2010) [function.getimagesize]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/dbtech/vbquiz/actions/quiz.php (Zeile 342) Version 1.1.0 lite |

Would you mind telling me before I install this - can the "question" be an image? Like img tag for instance. The way I plan to use this is by showing screen shots of some trading charts and asking users to make trade decisions based on what the chart (image) shows them, so I'd need the question to be an image. I'll provide the URL...

You can either upload an image to the db locally or it will convert bbcode and you can use a remote image. Dylan |

I installed and everything seemed fine. However, I can't take the QUIZZ. I set all the permissions but still can't answer the questions. Even the Admin cannot answer the question he created.
What should I do? Here is the error message: Quote:
EDIT: My bad, just found what was happening! :D Thanks for this MOD! ;-) |
