this is better than cancelling my license and i am trying my level best to contact them but they are not responding. any ideas how to solve this......

There's probably not much anyone here at .org can do for you--this is a license issue, not modifications.

The vB Piracy Team is aware, they are the ones who contacted him to let him know his licence was being used on 2 domains.

they only contacted regarding this and i want to know were that is been hosted so that i can contact the webhosting service to get it down

i tried to contact the admin on the site but he isnt responding and i even contacted the domain host were it has been registered they are also not responding


so now last option is to contact their webhost buty i cannot get the details of the webhost

can some one get me their webhost details

okay so here are the facts.
Someone may be using your license, however we - the community - can not hold your hand and do everything for you, information has been provided to you in earlier threads and this should be in general discussions not vb4 discussions as it has absolutely nothing to do with vb4.

You ARE in breach of your license agreement by running a warez website, vBulletin is not allowed to be used to encourage illegal activity.

And you have even admitted that you will take your site down until this is sorted out and then you will re-launch your website.

So in retrospect you want to continue to breach your license agreement and under those facts vBulletin Solutions are within their rights to revoke your license anyway so either way they are within their rights to cancel your license.

but let me try it out

i removed my site completely can now some one tell me what to so that i can get that site which is using my license were was it hosted

i have sent so many mails to site admin but havent got any reply
sent mails to eurodns also not even got a single reply
sent mails to powerhost.ro havent got any reply
sentmail to abuse@eurodns also but havent got any replies

none of them have replied me

I am sorry you had this happen, and my whole interest was to figure out how it did. But if you never gave your reg and password out for a remote ftp situation, or an install. I cant figure out how they got your info.

And still today we dont know if you compromised yourself, or if there is some secuirty flaw. I how ever have had more than a few people give me that information for a mod install or even a board install, if I wanted to i could steal there lic info, not that i would but that's the only way i can figure that someone got the information, and that's what i was saying kali.

And to whoever says Romanian servers are accessible well i disagree, your screwed as far as trying to get them to do anything, If they don't feel compelled to do it.

Good luck with getting this all resolved, myself i would just buy a new version of a BB software. :D
