I guess is not 100% the success in breaking recaptcha and combined with questions solving (also probably not 100% success from boots) it should make entrance much harder.
However I have an old modification (now in graveyard) for 3.8 and i didnt have a boot registered for 3 years I think. And is popular forum, of interest for them.

Most of them fail to enter because they fill the form in under 2 sec (one of the filter) and also there are to empty hidden fields to confuse the spanner. It worked but unfortunately is not active. For 4.1.1 I have nothing except the questions. Lucky for me is not english so spambots have trouble getting in so far.
I will give it a try but unfortunately this makes life harder for a regular user.

Just a question, If some input is wrong next screen is with new question? (I guess it should be like this).

I installed it in my web.... I marked as installed, downloaded, tagged and it work so fine.

I love the mod, but it breaks registration for the iphone/android app. I had to disable it.

It works fine on v4.1.4 path level 2 but there is a bug.
On your forum site (not admincp) go to settings > edit profile.
You will see there the question mod too!! how do i remove it??

Nvm, i fixed myself.
Search in templates for "<h3 class="blocksubhead">{vb:rawphrase additional_information}</h3>"

and replace it with "<h3 class="blocksubhead">Additional information</h3>"

This will remove the random question from the 'edit my profile'
