WHAT exactly does this do , i mean i dont know much so to me this isnt a stupid question what recycle bin lol , dont they go into like archive when they are like closed or what not or very old .. ?
That would not be the same function of removing physically?
Ok why not just delete them ?? cant you just delete them and it would do the same ....well I have an issue due to a mod that wasnt working properly i have a ton of forum threads to a forum name /id that doesnt exist , the birhtday mod that made a thread on ppls birthday etc ... wel i went to admin cp to Remove Orphan Threads/This function removes all threads that belong to forums that no longer exist. but that didnt work . it wont even let me access it to delete them . DO you think this might do the trick ??

I have the section, mod is installed correctly and I have options to move in recycle bin but...there aren't settings in my ACP general options :confused:
You need to create a forum and call it something like 'Recycle Bin' then set it up to point to that in AdminCP > Settings > General Settings
I don't see settings in AdminCP > Settings > General Settings.....there aren't
AdminCP > Settings > Options > General Settings
There should be an option at the bottom Recycle Bin Forum Select the forum where you want to to move "recycled" threads |
It's incredible I don't see this option.....there isn't.... any idea?
Perfect mod! Thanks

Can you make it so we can config each forum to have its own recycle, if none selected, just sent to default recycle? Like the old vbrecycle.
Thanks!! |

I'm going to need some help with this cause I just accidentally deleted a big thread, but still have it in my backups mysql database file but need some code help. There is no photos in the thread, no polls taken, no attachments whatsoever, only posts which should make this easier I assume?
