Mod works flawlessly, Banner is available on forumdisplay, Is there anyway to get it to display the forum specific banner on the showthread templates?

I have installed this plugin. I can see the banners, but no body else can.

Can someone give me a little help on what I am missing?

This product still works out of the box on VB 4.2.4 :cool:.

I just upgraded a forum from VB3.8.5 to VB4.2.4 and imported the product XML All was good. All of my banners per forum were still working !!


I updated the 1st post to reflect tested on vB 4.2.4.



If the person has access to see the content of the forum there should not be a problem. This addon does not directly deal with permissions.

Off the top of my head, could you be pointing to a locally hosted image or on a hosting service that you alone only have access to ? This would cause the image not to show up.

In your Admin Control Panel

Admincp => Plugin System => Manage Products
Click [Add/Import Product]
Browse for the file "product-banner_image.xml"
Allow Overwrite should be on
Import

I am also going to look at CMS categories as well. Who knows :)
