I want to ask you a question:

I want to add a Bump button next to the REPLY button (see picture), and Registered groups can use this Bump button.

Thank you - update installed.

Just downloaded 1.2 again from here and re-imported it ...

It now works and options appear in "Moderation Tools" down menu ...

Not sure what changed, but it's academic now .. :D

Installed on 4.1 PL2.

THe Bump and De-Bump both work... however as mentioned in a previous post, after reading the thread, it is still marked as "unread" in the forum view.

Another issue... even though it bumps to the top, on main forum display, it is not shown as the most recent thread.

It works... and the only way to remove the "unread" icon is to "Mark all forums read". So kind of a pain. Would be nice to have these issues corrected.

That way (if I also add the registered user group id - 2), all users can bump all threads. It would be nice to only bump their own threads. And only after some predefined time period.

How about adding a bump option for all posts, so members can
either pay to bump x amount of $$ or they can bump every
x amount of days, admin choice on what to setup....

Two sites have this option sorta...

DP- You can bump every 30 days....
Warrior- You have to pay to bump....

I would like to setup the options in the threads that I want...I have some threads
that can use the 30 day bump option, and I have a few that some would pay
to be at the top of the bump list....

Same suggestion. Members could have the bump button activate near reply button, and only active after a time of XXXX since their last post in that thread.

Is there any way to allow certain user groups to bump their own threads in certain forums only???

It would be perfect if I could set up a paid subscription that would add users to a usergroup which is allowed to bump their threads. Of course the paid subscription would expire after 24 hours or so.

Being able to allow/disallow by usergroup AND forum would be incredible, I'd pay for it as well if needed.

I'd also like members given the ability to bump threads, wouldn't want them being able to de-bump threads but this would be useful for me as were asking individuals to advertise themselves and instead of them posting bump in the thread a simple click would do the trick.

Since the creator of this thing doesn't seem to want to improve or support this mod, maybe someone else around here can improve upon it?

Personally, I'd pay someone a few bucks to improve this thing. I don't even care if I have to pay them a few bucks then they can post it here for free for everyone else. I just see so much potential in this it's crazy.

Someone please help improve upon this.
