Hey there,

Loving the mod btw. :up:

Just a quick question, our live board currently runs VB 3.8. If we install your mod on 3.8 when we upgrade to 4.0 will the product/plugin be upgradeable and keep all the settings/data?

Seems you've not set a forum with a link up:

Follow this in RED:

INSTALLATION

* Upload files (zip -> /upload)
* chmod directory '/images/vbsoccer' -> 777
* install add-on (zip -> product-vbsoccer-***.xml) -> depending on the charset of your database / html output AND language version of the vBulletin installation
* after installation -> acp -> league manager -> add league...
* then create a new forum with a link to the file 'vbsoccer.php' (necessary!)

done.


Set a new FORUM up and in the properties under :

Forum Link (Entering a URL here will cause anyone clicking the forum link to be redirected to that URL)

Insert the full url of the vbsoccer for example: http://www.yoursite/forum/vbsoccer.php

This is super tedious... each team, flag needed to be clicked in one by one... omfg...
it could have been done easier by one single check box, add all icons, agree to the copyright thingy etc etc... lol, thanks! nice mod nevertheless....

I'm still pissed AA_ hasn't gotten on a plane, made his way over to my office, and hard coded this mod into my forums using my computer.

These damn Germans are doing my head in! If they can learn English as well as German, they can damn well do everything else I demand of them!

Very nice addon, installed and nominated :)

I got problem with points for a correctly guessed match winner and goal difference. Script should add 2 points for tis result, but my users get only 1 pts, I checked settings ofc.

OK a perplexing situation:

There are supposed to be no usergroup/forum permissions for this. However I have a usergroup that can't input bets!

Admin usergroup = good
Moderator usergroup = good
Registered usergroup = good
Premium Members usergroup = bad

Any hints?

OK I've found there are usergroup permissions for this.

I *think* upon install, normal primary usergroups are given permission to bet (admin, mod, registered).

Custom Primary Usergroups however are not given permission.

Custom Secondary Usergroups are given permission.

I would like to test it before releasing it to the public, so me and a friend of mine have placed some bets to see how it works. When we are confident it works ok, how can we delete the bets and start over?

What about if Away Team wins?? For example:

Argentina - Brazil
Result 0:4 (goals diff =4)

bet 4:1 (goals diff = 2) 3 != 4 ---> ??? pts!
bet 1:0 (goals diff = 1) 1 != 4 ---> ??? pts!
bet 1:5 (goals diff = 3) 4 == 4 ---> ???? pts!
