It's the standard stuff you do for any installation. Upload your files and import the product. If you've never done that before, then you need to read my article in my signature below.

Is there a way I can make this work with a input field instead of a bbcode?

Also does anybody know how to add bbcodes to other fields? for example the thread title field?

Does this mean that in the advanced version, the links provided will keep the language parameter?
For instance, in the lite mod, I input an IMDB id and get the results in english. If I click on director's name, it leads to the english URL, instead of my language URL (french IMDB url).

Unfortunately for now that's not possible. We are working on a showthread option. But I can't tell for sure when we will include them in a release.

I have answered this over our forum but for others knowledge, imdb france or the other custom websites are running seperate from eatch other. Sot that seems not possible either for now.

IMDb has made some changes recently we are working on a new version. I will update this thread when we made the necessary changes.

This does not work on 4.0.8. There are no setting showing anywhere to setup, wtf!

If this hack is not a work in progress anymore it needs to be removed or state what versions of 4x it will work on.

IMDB changed how they display their information they now require you to log in to see more detailed information for the newer movies they added!

Is there no way to add login info or an API, I have the paid version, which also stopped working on VB 4.0.6 PL1

This mod has become an integral part of my forum, and tbh I'm not overly happy at all the code that has been left on pages were the [IMDB] tags were used.

For those with the HTML error:

<imdb><script type="text/javascript">ajaxinclude("imdb.php?mid={param}")</script></imdb>

replace with:
<imdb><script type="text/javascript">ajaxinclude("imdb.php?mid="{param}")</script></imdb>

All you have to do is read the code to find the typo. Cheers.
