i want to buy ur product but i need link must be clickable in bbcode code
i mean when anybody post link in [ code] tag inside code it must be clickable is it possible?

VB already has that option...just check "Automatically parse links in text"

Sorry I need to ask a question, follow all instructions of the install, importer of goods go up the entire file but when configured, active and nothing happens nose how to check if the hack is this going well

About the Known Issues:

* Posts containing huge number of links may cause "MySQL gone away" error while checking specially when you're checking many posts of that kind. A new checking process by it's way to fix this issue & allow large scall checking without causing high load.

What are your recommendation to overcome this issue? Does setting link to check like 30 or 50 adequate?

I must say, this link checker mod is NOT suitable to be use on shared hosting. I check 10 links and still got database gone away.

first of all it only showed me the log when run manuelly
and i did search all the logs for any evidence of the bot running automatticly

second i must say i think it would be more readable without all the colors if there would be just 2 colors like red for erors and the rest in normal black it would be a lot better

would be nice for the eyes also if the rest of the report would be something like this

and important a extra blank line between the posts checked.

these are cosmetic changes but will make the overal look a lot better i think
and finall could you tell me what the error mmeans and how to fix it or even better fix the error and make a update of this nice product??

You can change colors of the report summery by simply editing the following phrase from AdminCP "phpkd_vblvb_log_summery" :).
I agree with you about those required layout tweaks, it's already on focus & the upcoming release will be more readable & user friendly.
Regarding the final error you got, It doesn't appear before as I think. But will check it & see it's reasons & fix it if it's a bug in the product of course. You'll be notified as soon as there's an update for that product ;).

Nope it doesnt overload the server. It has so many settings to customize. So you can customize according to your needs.

question regarding the Time/Date Cutoff Mode

you have options for either Last X days, or Specific Date

However, if Specific Date is selected, then the bot will check posts AFTER that specific date.

i'd consider buying the Ultimate Edition, but would it be possible to provide another option where the bot would only run and check posts BEFORE that specific date? :)

When I go to install the product it gives me this loading screen:

and it just keeps loading. I'm on 4.0.2 with the latest patch (4, i think)

it took me a few mins to complete on my server.

i'm still using the non-ultimate version and getting false readings such as with filefactory.

plus i know you have Kill Link Masks only available in the Ultimate Edition version, thus would a site dereferer cause this to occur too?

On 4.0.3 this mod doesnt work

you press on save changes (on admincp mod options) and changes are not saved..

it is a very important bug that should be fixed

Hello, I wanted to know whether it is possible create a scheduled task for this mod, I have it configured for analyzing the links in last 7 days, I would run the task every 7 days. Would it be possible? which would be the variable?

It should be OK using this product on any web host.
You've a wide scale of options that allow you to set it according your needs & thus it should work smoothly.

This error supposed to be solved within the latest extended release 4.0.133.
But generally, you can avoid producing such error by setting your product to check acceptable number of posts in the same time. Setting it too high may cause such error, it's just a general limitation that you may face with other PHP products as well.

Installing the product on a board with too many posts may take some time to be completed, that's depends on how many post you've. But 'too many' is meant by "hundred thousands" or so :).

No, vBAnonumizer shouldn't affect the product's functionality, but it may be the fact that the 'Lite' edition doesn't get updates as fast as the 'Ultimate' edition, and as you know those sharing hosts are changing their services & websites quickly.

Hmmm, I don't think it's something related to the product itself.
This product's settings are handled by the default vBulletin settings system 'Lite' edition, so it should work well as soon as other settings are working well. You may have to check your vBulletin installation itself since this isn't something the product handle by itself, it's vBulletin.

dont know why...it still showing rapidshare as "dead link" when it is not

It's a good add-ons but would there be a way to send report only on punished post instead of full list?? Don't see the point of knowing the links that are still good!?!?
Also, there should be an option to delete only the links that are not good and to leave the rest of the post intact, this way providing staffs and members and easier way to replace them and by keeping original thread in place.

I just installed this product, and after installing setting up the parameters, the forum the bad ones found were going to go to, who the email was going to be sent to, I decided to run it manually from the Scheduled task manager, and I get this error
