I am aware of most of these problems, i am waiting for 4.0.1 like i mentioned in my earlier post.

So I've downloaded this template as it looks just what I want, uploaded as it says and all I get is the current theme I'm using with the images from this theme...

Any clues as to what I'm doing wrong?!

It's a bug in vB. You have to make the new style user selectable.

Actually just seen what I need and its the BP_Brown version, thanks dude! :)

Get the image name of the current header image and search for it in styles. It's in one of the css files. Remove the line. Then edit the Darkness header style and the header image tag is at the bottom. Change it to the VB default header image tag and edit to suite.

I've just set up this style I don't undestand however why it isn't showing on the home page but it is on the forum and other pages

This is a bug in vBulletin 4.0.0 you may need to set the style manually via the CMS page

I cannot locate how to do this I've tried searching within the admin cms and even just setting it on the actual page it is not allowing the change

i've put the files in the folder then i imported the xml file

but the only thing change's is the buttons in front of the posts for the rest its still in default

i got the style working

only thing i need to know is how can i change the size its complete streched out now over my screen and i would like to have it in the middle of the screen like this forum for example the one from VB it selfs

One question please, On the demo and all of your other styles you have 2 boxes on the right hand side of the forum home page that you can collapse in and out, Is that part of this style or is that something else you have installed? The reason I ask is it does not show up for me :(

Where at? In the last version, I was seeing white-on-white in the reply to message area and the post new thread area, but I'm not seeing it on this version.

Although, the Community -> Memberlist page has a parse error, syntax error on line 1. The links: New Posts, Private Messages, FAQ, Calendar, Community, Forum Actions, and Quick Links are going down the page rather than across.

Moving css from vbulletin to additional is causing problems with the header also. The border disappears on the settings page (and my custom pages) and the top links are unclickable like they're behind a transparent image.

Adding a link to the additional css fixes it.

I got an issue where the top image and bottom image are gone and people cant click on, logout, settings, my profile etc.

I tried reverting the template and that seemed to work as far as the clicking goes but the images are still not there.

I also tried re-installing the template and still the same issue.

Yea I was thinking that might have been the fix, but what I ended up doing was deleteing the style then update to 4.0.1 then reinstall the style...seemed to fix it.

i've done that but that didnt work for me

i still cant see the login section and the clickbox where you can mark to stay logged in isn't showing at all

Update 6.2 is BAD, no good run in opera browser 10.10

I installed the style and I found a few bugs.

Glad to know I didn't do anything wrong. phew!! lol

I really like this style, I'll donate if you fix it. Opera, Safari, Firefox, IE8(7 if possible,too.)

Exactly that same thing happens to me and in the Opera browser is worse, because the "remember me" does not appear ...

Also when I logging the phrase "welcome & username" also appears, only appears when you click to give part of "notifications", which also appear outdated or run to the left side and not underneath as it should be ...

Version 6.1 does not have these problems, and it looks good in color contrast in all browsers (the 6.0 had problems with contrast and other things) ...

6.3 I hope for these problems are corrected, it is the theme that I like and I think most use it forever ...
