Just FYI you have maxversion="4.0.999" for the dependency in the xml. I changed it to install on 4.1.x works fine otherwise.

This doesnt' work as it gives a broken Icon on the Panic button.

Not Working.

Install on 4.1.9 and viewing with firefox no Panic Button Displaying in thread display. Also notice button in Usercp/General Settings/Panic Button - ON/OFF Switch: the button stays enabled all the time. Clicking the button does not seem to enable/disable the mod from usercp.

I also noticed in step1 you say "Also ensure that the Options are Off and On (not off and on), as they are case sensitive.". I noticed my options area after saving show "Required,Editable,Hidden". So either something on my end is not set right, or, I have misunderstood your instructions. Btw, your instructions on this are awesome!

As you can see there was no response to my last post. Both images show the mod is not working on our site which is now version 4.1.10. Also not showing up on default style.

Update to the latest version of this hack as it looks like you are using v4.0.003 atm.
