The page loads, but we get the following error in IE7:

We get the same "error in your t4s hack as well. Is this trying to inject a trojan or something? ...lots of validation errors too... |
I just found this:
How to Fix ?Internet Explorer Cannot Open the Internet Site- Operation Aborted? Error This error shows up when the page loads (or tries to load). There are many scenarios that can cause this error which occurs in IE. Microsoft has even issued a patch for solving it. This error is being caused by calling a piece of Javascript within a page (after the tag). Adding the defer=?defer? tag to the script quickly resolves the issue. view sourceprint?1 <script defer="defer" type="text/javascript" src="src goes here">/*code goes here*/</script> Hope this helps someone! I did a google search and came up with this here: http://www.richardcastera.com/2009/0...aborted-error/ I don't know how to institute this or even if it will fix it... |
There are several unclosed divs at the bottom of the template. I had to add 4 /divs to get the page to display properly.
Also, the link at the end of the page (For more information about pop-up ads, please click here.) goes to a bad location (/us/about_doubleclick/privacy/faq.asp#pop-ups), it is a relative link, so it will not work on all websites... Where is this link actually supposed to go? Here http://www.doubleclick.com/privacy/faq.aspx#pop-ups maybe? The Last Edited Date, should not be hard coded in the template either. Otherwise, great Mod! Would it be possible to be able to add additional sections to this as well? |
worked perfectly for me :) thanks alot

nice mod, do you have to use the built in vbulletin-adsense setup?
could this mod be used even if you manually place the ads yourself? |

OK I have found a way around the text missing from the footer and that was to add the link to the privacu policy in the navbar! However, I would rather place the link in the footer bar but cannot manage to get it there! I am also thinking that if I cannot get it there then to add the link in the FAQ's instead of the navbar!
Any idea's on what to do, as I would prefer it in the footer bar |

Is this mod still supported? or is there other versions out there now that do the same thing? The formatting was all messed up...

Update: Don't worry I found it!!! lol |
The only problem I now have is that the text in the header blocks is not visible! I would like to be able to change the colour for these!
|
Thanks a lot for this addon (y)

Does not seem to be supported, as I have sent several code fixes, yet the mod has not been updated in over a year and a half. I plan on just re-writing this from scratch for my site, using a Custom Page, same with the Privacy Policy. |
Installed on 4.2.1 works fine.
|
also work fine on 4.2.2, thanks bro !
