Good mod, installed, etc. However I have a few bugs to report:

I have question though, the styles on my forum are mostly dark and the icons don't look great against them. If I was to make some new icons for the operating systems, etc, will they work? if I save with the same file names and types and overwrite them?

Of course they'll work, but they'll only work if you share them so others like myself with dark styles can use them. ;)

Right now the only way to do this is to edit the plugin at global_start and change the replacement code. In the next version it will be saved to a template.

For the style problem, I'm not sure what the problem is. Maybe you could send me your admincp details so that I can take a look?

As for referrers, that's added from another hack. Currently psiStats does not have an integrated referrers page. It will have in a future version.


Any icons will work as long as you save them with the right filenames on top of the existing icons. Also it'll be very nice of you if you can share your icons, so that others can use them. :)

you can create png file and rename it to gif, this way it still looks like png with better tranparency ;)

by the way.. how can i update the language?

xml language import -> select file "german" -> overwrite "german" -> ignore language version (yes?)

I'm using png's now, I edited the two templates, also made the icons bigger. Works fine.

I installed the mod and the french language.
Now, when my forum is in english, everything is a mess. The page "turned from left to right".
Here are two shots. As you can see, with the english language, there is no problem. But in French...

Uninstalling the mod does not solve anything. I deleted the phrases with "psistats" in them, but the problem is still there. :(

Corrected. In fact, every setting for the French language was deleted and the "Left to Right" turned to "Right to Left". I had to re-enter every setting as the were all blanked.
Am i the only one ?

Maybe you imported it as a language instead of just importing the phrases into an already existing French language?

No, i thought i made the mistake, but, i did it again, slowly, and the result was the same.

Maybe you should contact vBulletin and see what they say about this.

You guys do know after importing a language, you need to open it once in the language editor and save it.

this will add those "costum" phrases not there originally.
that usually works for me, cause the language im importing do not have
any mod support, and by simply opening it and saveing it again
it adds the default values from my installed mods. and board works.

Hi there, great mod. Can you tell us how to hide it totally in the navbar when not logged in and then only show it in the nav bar if the user ID that has [permissions to view the stats matches that of the logged in user. Right now my users can click on it only to get disappointed that they don't have permissions to view. I'd rather hide the link from them all together

Small cosmetic Bug:

All Usergroups that are not allowed to view the Statistic will still see the Quicklink. Please make it invisible for those Usergroups who are not allowed to view it. ;)

Has anyone had the problem of being randomly logged out since installing this mod?

Ever since I installed it I have to log in sometimes twice a day and a few members have made some complaints about the same problem.

This is the only thing I've added since the problem started occuring.

Question....I've installed this and, upon looking at the number of staff members, it says:

8 admins, 0 s-mods, 3 mods

When there are...4 admins, 1 smod and 6 moderators.

I have a few users that are hidden admins...but I only want the Administrator user group to show up for that one...Smod...there is one but it says Zero....and Mods there are 6...but it only says three.

Maybe you could make it so whether or not the user has said usergroup as their Primary...it still counts them in the statistic..

EDIT: Another good idea would be for when you're looking at the Top Thread and Forum Statistics that it doesn't show anything from forums with the post counts off. We have a "Trash Bin" kind of forum where all threads go when they get old and are ready to be deleted etc...

I uninstalled this mod and all logout problem have dissapeared. Is their any reason why this would cause members to be randomly logged out?
