note to people with problems getting banner to display/work properly... turn off the auto placement if you manually add the command to a template. (that was my problem anyways)

also would it be possible to set this up or change product name and install it twice so you can have 2 different sets of rotating banners in different locations? thanks

I have one simple issue with it. I want it to be displayed on one style/template. But it shows up on every other templates. How do i disable that from happening?

hi, I am using 3.8.1 with vbadavanced. First off, the banner management page disappeared from the navbar drop down menu. Tried putting in the code for navbar, with no success. Also cant seem to get it to work on the forum home page. Not sure which template to add the code to. Thanks.

How do I add banners in multiple places on the same page? Say, below the NAV bar and below the FORUMS?

I've seen MANY questions on this same issue for the 3.7 and 3.8 versions yet none of them have ever been answered.

Suggestions. Why not place your $cyb_flashimagebanners variable into one of the many built in vB "Ad Location Templates" and then give the admin the ability to choose which they want enabled.

This would both allow for easier implementation and less confusion for those not familiar with HTML code.

I would also suggest giving the ability to add <style> bits to the code via the settings page. For example: I added border: 1px solid #fff to your code... Others may want to add a bit of style elements, but with no easy way to do it.

I have everything working correctly except for when you click on the banner. It gives a message of oops this link appears to be broken. I have posted the banners on my forum and you can click on them there and they work fine. Any Idea why they are not redirecting properly?

On my homepage, I have two sets of banners (one horizontal and one vertical) - this mod can only control one banner. How can I make a second installation of the mod so I can manage the two sets. I tried already but I got a lots of errors.

Got it installed but for some reason I get the original Vbulletin logo picture on the left at the top and it messes with how the banners look. Why is this happening(see picture below)?

Very nice hack. Thanks. How could I add two banners on the same line (like one at left and one at right)? They would rotate considering all the banners available. This would be a nice addition no?

Guys i cant get this to work - im running CleanBlue theme and want a banner at the top of every page - what do I do?

So, any possibility to have some options to add more than only one rotating banner than the one in the header.

I would really like to have more banners on my pages but don't know how to achieve this.

After installing, options are set in the admincp however banners are managed from the forums themselves by clicking on 'Quick Links' >> 'Manage Banners'.

Banners should be uploaded to $forumhome/[banners_directory_you_create]

Setting to 'Single' mode shows one banner per refresh in random order

What if I want certain mods to manage the banners for me? How do I give them access???

If you can give them access to your ftp to upload banners, then you can make them SuperAdmins too. Or they can do it. :-)

How do I center the banner? I want it in the middle

What does the duration field imply?
Is this is in regards to how many views/weeks/days?
Great looking addition though.

Script rotates banners with no page refresh when you select Continuous or Random mode. Duration option is there to set how long (in seconds) individual banner is shown before script switches to the next one.

This hack seems to be almost perfect.

The problem is that I have different sizes for my banners, the variable $cyb_flashimagebanners displays all banners every where you place it.

It would be great if you can tell the hack which banner group to display in the variable.
$cyb_flashimagebanners_group_1
$cyb_flashimagebanners_group_2
$cyb_flashimagebanners_group_3

and so on

Any help or suggestion is greatly appreciated.
