Try to input hours as minutes and minutes as hours. Seems your time settings are different than the script expects them.

However, I think I found a little bug: if you change the author of a post in a forum where post counts are deactivated, the post count of the user you assign the message to will increase however.

I'm a newbie at vBulletin but very familiar with phpBB (which included the "change poster" feature)... so, thank you for having done this for us!!! :)

It uses the vBulletin API to recount the postcount, so I don't see a bug in it.

Am I wrong or the 12h/24h recognition works only when changing post time and not when changing thread time? I mean: if a thread was posted at 23:46:18, when I want to change its time it shows 11:46:18.
At least this is what happens to me (my date format is H:i:s).

Right now it shows up, but of course permission is denied when a non permissed staff usergroup tries to use it. I just want to hide it if they dont have permission.

I founded another little problem: if you have the "Assign IP Address" option set to 'Yes', when you change the author of a post/thread to a guest, and than you change it back to a member, no IP will be assigned to the post and it will still have no IP as when it belonged to a guest. It is possible to fix this too? :)

As a small note; I went to change the Timestamp only on a post to put it at the top of a thread, but it didn't take... I had to change/re-enter the Owner to the same as existing to get it to take.

Silly question, but if I give my moderators access to it, can they only use it in their forums that they moderate, or can they do it in all forums?

If you define a group than only this group can do it, in every forum. If you leave that setting empty, it uses forum mod permissions.

When I change the post owner, the attachments no longer work. The thumbnails show inline of the full-sized images, but they will not load upon clicking. If I change the post owner back to the original owner, the links work again for full-sized images (attachments).
