Nice to see a money system with a shop after all this time. :)

Anyway for those on alternative money mods is there an import system to transfer the cash onto this one?

You can easily specify field name (in vBB's `user` table) in kBank Settings (AdminCP), kBank will use this field as money field and everything is done!

Have you sent thank?
If you only click "Thank" button it is not enough!

If you have sent thank but hidden data is not shown, please take a screenshot and quote your post (with hide tag)

How does one "send" a thank? and what is the use of the thank button if it does not thank, to me this will just serve to confuse members.

Step 1: Click Thank
Step 2: Enter amount of thank, reason (if he/she has permission to award, he/she have to select "Thank for post" in "Please Select What You Want To Do")

When I click thank all I get popup in another window is the same post I have just thanked and so the cycle continues, so never get to see steps 2 and 3.

I guess this mod just does not work

Have you disable kBank (any parts)?
Have you upload files/folders?

Seems you have not uploaded all the files for this modification. Check if you have uploaded all files and to the correct directory.

How do you think the coder, or anyone else, can help troubleshooting your issues without more information then you posted.

At least post what/how it ruined your database. If you get database errors, post the full error.

simply default Vb Database Error

I reverted shortly after to a fresh install, so more info i can't supply :)

As how it ruined, nothing was usable after the install, the Admincp was a useless, couldn't even access disable plugins

it began after I set my usergroup (admin) to KBank admin it froze up as soon as settings saved

i'll try again on my Testvb re install, i have a few idea's as to what may have triggered it

Edit : After following all install script/instructions nothing is functional

I'm uninstalling and moving on

had alot of promise

@parseforum: Have you uploaded all files/folders inside folder "upload"? If you only download kBank 2.0 Upgrade 2.0.1.zip, you have to download kBank 2.0.1 Installation.zip and re-upload to your forum root! kBank 2.0 Upgrade 2.0.1.zip is used for upgrading only!

@RedeemedWarrior: God bless you! But what is your error messages? If full error is not display, just view page source and you will see MySQL error messages (it has been hidden, just a trick) :D

PS: You have to set userid instead of usergroupid for kBank Admin. For more information about installing kBank, visit this page (english, no registration require): http://hskl.net/f/kbank.php?do=help&page=install

As I tested, you can't edit setting because you can't login. You should create new file named "hook_fetch_userinfo_query.php", content:

OK, after searching this entire post, I cannot see what this mod has that the vbcredits mod does not. Is there something here that can tell me why I would choose this over vbcredits? Or why I would replace vbcredits with this?

You will have:
  • Items System (to use big avatar, use big signature picture or even change username,.v.v.)
  • Award/Thank System based on money
  • Hide System based on thanks

OK, I don't use "thanks" on my site. Award system is already in vbcredits. If there was an option to have users give gifts or ribbons to each other like the old vbPlaza used to do, that would be cool.

With Item System, member can gift to other member (with short message and anonymous option)
