Then "Leave as is (uses the forum display order)"...

In the Forum Manager, set the display order of the SubForums as 1, 2, 3 etc (counting across) so you have...

Forum_a (1) Forum_x (2)
Forum_p (3) Forum_m (4)
Forum_c (5) Forum_b (6)

Simply swapping the numbers will swap their positions ;-)

Personally I don't see the point as "Display Order" does it - however, I will add that to the wishlist as "Leave as is (uses the forum display order) - Entered Vertically"

Simply clear the "Separator to use between SubForum [original was , ]" option

I noticed that it can't be upgraded from the last version to this one, if I import the product and enabled overwriting, it installed as new product beside the first release so I have now tow of this product and I think you should fix this or post a note for uninstalling the first one first..

Works for me... You may have had the version for 3.6.x installed (ID = Sorky01) and then installed the version for 3.7.x (ID = Sorky02) or visa-versa... That could be why and is something I've seen.

If you can repeat this behavior, PM me your URL and I'll have a look at your system.

Works for me (see Pic attached which is my "Test" that checks virtually all of the functionality - ugliness is for testing sake only ;))... You may have had the two installed when you saw this.

another thing

when we choose some subforums to be collapsed, there is the world which is More... last shown SubForum if we only choose some of all the subfoums to be displayed.

what I suggest is to make a link to the rest of subforums that are not displayed with the word "More..." so any one press "More..." on it, it will take him to the forum which has those subforums.

This is a fantastic mod and I love it so far.

How would I remove the last post and thread/post count columns. I would like to keep them for all other locations other than where I have set up the two columns for my sub-forums. If you have a link or know of an article, I would love to read it.

Edit the text in "Text to display after last shown SubForum if there were more"

Have it link to the full list "Add hyperlink to the "more" text, linking to the Parent of the SubForums"

I'm also thinking of making the "more..." link expand the SubForum list to the whole list (a collapse within a collapse)! Added that to the WishList ;)

Iwas wondering where you can change the icon next to each subforum. What is the filepath?

what about showing how many people are showing each subforum beside each one of subforums?

It was complete when I posted it - People just keep coming up with new ideas that are worth adding!

The new product did not replace the old one when imported.

As per post #55, you probably had the 3.6.x one installed and ten changed to this 3.7.x one (you would see this in the description). The version for 3.6.x only overwrites previous 3.6.x versions and the version for 3.7.x only overwrites earlier 3.7.x versions.

If it was some other reason and you can reproduce it, PM my a URL and I'll take a look.

I'm having a little trouble getting the collapse functionality to work.

The hide/show icons simply perform the listen URL (which takes you to the top of the page) without collapsing the sub-forum display. I could be missing something really obvious in a general config setting sense as I haven't changed a great deal of the default settings.

It was working in the SubForums, but not on the hope page. Update fixes that.
