I have another issue

when I search for all the posts of some user, I can't find the in the options the option of changing posts owner.. but when I search for his threads I can find that option

I've two IDs in my forum and I want to change all the threads and posts in my second ID to the first one.. but when tried doing that when search for all the posts by the user I couldn't find that option..

how can I make the option show in the options of the results of the all user's posts?

OK, I got that to work

all what I had to do is just to add the code after the code in the "search_results" template

if there is any another way to do that please let me know

Hi Marius, just wondering, is possible in the next version improve something for the 'reset or change' the IP? cause if i change the thread/post's owner he takes the IP of the older owner ...

What IP should be taken? Last known IP of the new owner or the last post IP of the new owner?

let me explain better:

1) i wrote a thread with my IP
2) i change the owner from me to another user
3) i do a IP search in the ACP (i put my IP)
4) the result told me that me (obviously) and the new owner have the same IP ... this isn't correct i think ... :)

also if i put the mouse over the icon in the post it told me that the IP (after the change) was mine ...

I had made a Guest account for users that left the site and owned huge threads I didn't want deleted because it would drop the forum's total posts drastically... Now I can change things around!

changing posts date and time is a good feature that moderators can sort best thread's posts.

great hack......people may ask why u need this hack??? I would provide u with reasons. Say u are transfering from PHPBB3 forum to vbulletin and u find that the post owners are not matching , then u can easily change the post owner to match the same.

Anyways Phalynx i have a query . How can i put this option in the moderator menu in "search all the post by user" . I want to trasfer bulk post from one user a/c to another so i think if i can put this is the moderator menu in "search all the post by user" then that would have helped me .

At first glance it's not working.

I upgraded to the latest after uninstalling the previous version..

Now when I delete a post/thread, I get this error (attached image). I haven't tried any other functions yet tho..

If I disable the product the errors are gone so it is the product making the errors.

just tried to install this product onto another board (3.7.0, the previous was a 3.7.1) it doesn't runs ... nothing to do ...

When I try to use this I get -

Editing a thread (from forumdisplay), will not change the first posts date/time if it has replys. It will change the last post in that thread only.

That's really strange, espacially because if I change the username it does update the right one. And it's using the same logic...
