I am aware that the notification option isn't working. As I said, it will be fixed for next release. In the meantime, hold tight why we fix current bugs, and report any new bugs if found. :)

Does it work for: vb3.6.x ?

It's made for 3.7, however it may work with 3.6 -- not counting on it. The best thing you can do, is try it on a test board running 3.6 and report back and let us know the outcome. :)

I have just updated the download to include these new features, feel free to test them out.

I really wish you would be patient, and as Jason said, stop posting post after post about the same thing. To avoid confusion, I have removed the secondary helpcenter file for you.

There is no real reason why this modification should not work with 3.6, although it has not been tested. Feel free to test and report back.

Really nice addon, my only request is if there's a way to do it, can you add an attachment area so people can attach a file or something to go along with their ticket?

I haven't had a chance to find any bugs yet but this is definitely one of my favorite hacks of all time.

Yea this is a great mod even if its a beta i nominated it for the mod of the month :)

Is there a way to edit the Title of the ticket to be empty instead of "Social Groups"?

Every time I create a new ticket, the title automatically defaults to Social Groups.

Here is my screen Shot.

All I did was add the plug-in and add the appropriate permissions. When I click the Add ticket button...I get the title "Social Group" in the title field by default.

I just deleted the install and reinstalled it and got the same thing.

I am releasing a 3rd beta tomorrow, which includes loads of updates and some major bug fixes.

I ran into problems running into changing usergroup permissions.
It looks like your install code did not run properly as I had to create the proper tables/columns manually.

Also the department display order does not work - it does not matter what you use, the system is still in alphabetical order.

Ticket number also isn't displaying in"my tickets" which is throwing off the entire row.

To fix the ticket display problem change your hcenter_ticket template to

Users cannot see resolved tickets via "my tickets"

I get a SQL error when I try to delete a ticket and when i try to edit a ticket reply.

This is extremely buggy...

You need to force a title, because at this point you can create a ticket without one.
You should display what departtment a ticket is under "unresolved tickets"
Make unresolved tickets and resolved tickets viewable to the public so you don't have a bunch of duplicates.

It is freaking annoying. This is beta software and you should not use it on a live site. Therefore there is no need to rush things, especially not by posting every 3 minutes, private messaging other users and even contacting the developer on msn! This is just rude of you.

There you can test drive the mod and see what features the mod has. If you find any bugs on the development demo, you can post them in this thread, so that they can be fixed.

I advise you not to install this mod on your site yet. There seem to be too many bugs and you make the impression of being too inexperienced to handle it. Let more experienced users bug test on their own sites until this mod is classified as stable.

As the desciption says, this is beta software. Unfortunately it will be buggy. However, we working as fast as we can to fix the bugs. Were releasing beta 3 later this evening, which fixes a lot of bugs reported, and some new features -- such as the WYSIWYG editor. Please remember, we cannot add every feature, since there will be a paid version, with more features. ;)

On the dev board, we haven't run into any problems with beta 3 -- however, as you and I both know, bugs can just popup. I suggest you all wait for beta 3 later this evening.

DarkSorrowz they can´t just release a beta 2.5 because we have worked on beta 3 and it will be released today and its just a beta and should not be used on live sites.
