Everybodys points on my forum reset... any idea why?

Points for private messages? I want to charge them, so that people use the profile comments more often.
Points for writing a blog?

Points for opening social groups with more than x users?

I don' t think this is implemented yet. Will it be difficult to do this on my own? I was hoping that you just need to copy some code into the relevant files.

I think this does not have allowances, too - meaning users get a certain amount of points each week or month. They can use the points on things you charge them (like the private messages). It would be great if you can give different amounts to different user groups and if you can decide if a user group will keep unused points or if their points will be reset to the monthly allowances amount.

this mod is great but it's pretty useless until the fix has been found to why everyone's points resets to zero after deleting a thread.

What's the difference between this 2.03 version and the 2.03 version for 3.6.x?
I'm running 3.7.0 beta 4 at the moment, with the "old" Icash version and it's running fine, except for the bug mentioned by jojo77 about the delete thread results.

Seems like the update will never come.

I am going to unistall for now, hopefully it can be updated soon before I find another points system.

No instructions needed, just upload the files to the correct directory's and import the product file and you're ready.
But there is a bug that deletes all users credits when a thread is deleted.

uhm that sucks. installed but see its broken.

Could be since the new vBulletin update, until RC3 all was working fine, also in 3.6.9 except for the bug that cash get's deleted when a thread is deleted.
You could try vbcredits instead, that works on 3.7 rc4.

Alright, so all the Icash points disappear at random and reset themselves..............any takers as to why this would happen?

Well it is stated often enough in this thread. It happens when a thread/post get's deleted.
So either don't delete anything, or remove/stop the destraction of points when removing threads/points.
And sorry, no I don't know how this is done, it's mentioned in this thread somewhere too.:)

Can you add a feature that will automatically give users access to a specific usergroup for a certain amount time when they get enough points.

It might, but it does not contain the security tokes update which came with the release of 3.7 gold and 3.10 by vBulletin.

Well im just waiting... i want a good credit system.. i dont like the vbcredits or w/e it is... i like the icash... and i am on 3.7 and sittin patiantly waiting... so i was wondering if it worked yet

I also don't like vBCredits.. Main reason the points go in negatives so it really blasts the confidence of some guys who didn't visit since a few days/weeks

Maybe can add like SHOP ITEM , SHADOW EFFECT , CHANGE USER TITLE ...u know sumthing we can use with those point . Also can add Give gifts to user too .

Sumthing similar with vbplaza but make sure this one Free and u will be my number one fan .

- creating groups
- filling in the option user fields in profile?

This would make the hack more perfect. I would donate someting as well!

You've seen the new version? As far as I know, you can setup yourself if it has to go into negatives or not. But for some it has too many options.

Icash is very nice and easy, so is Ibank and Ishop. I hope we will hear from Blain soon.

Yes, it should be in your forums section in the ACP on the bottom of each forum you can setup how much a user gets for posting. There is a globel option too in the Icash setting if I'm not mistaken, but I'm not sure anymore because it's some time ago I had it installed.:)

WORKAROUND TO THE DELETE BUG:

I encountered the same delete bug as most other people have encountered. I have got a workaround that works and i would like to share with the community.
Disable this option from the ICASH options in the vbulletin control panel:
"negate points during deletion of thread".

This way the points will not be automatically deducted whenever any thread is deleted and that bug does not occurs. The only drawback to this is tht you will have to manually deduct the icash for that user whose thread is being deleted.

When I click to donate to a user it doesnt put their full user name. it puts part of it. like when I click donate to RDG SGT CORTEZ. it only adds RDG in the username for the donate.

ok umm I have a issue with this iCash system, its not revelant to the accual system I dont think, but the ICash page stretches unusually and wont stay at the width of my forum whenever its at 100% width or 900 width, heres a screenshot of the example.. It doesnt do this on any other pages so I know its not the forums main css or style.
