It's very good but we need more options to remove top posters, etc.

It's too wide for my forum now and that column needs to be removed.

I'll have to remove it until you add that. When the forum is set to be 780 pixels wide, it's just too wide.

Great hack, Atakan! Thanks for adding the extras -- especially placement. If you have time, it would great to be able to turn off the top posters and new users columns. I already have hacks for those and I think it looks cleaner on my site without those columns.

Another thought would be regarding the Popular Threads.

The "Posted By" could be removed to shorten the width (which as I indicated, is a problem on my forum). The last person that posted in that section (Popular Threads) is not really relevant.

I'm not insulting your modification, it is great and I want to use it. I just can't get it narrow enough.

I'm also very interested in using your plug-in as a side column.

Could you add this option, please?

I'd also like to be able to turn off specific funktionalities.

The perfect solution would be a left- or righthanded column build as follows:

- Login/Register (for Guests)
- Personal Box with Avatar, PN, UserCP Link, .... (for Users)
- Latest Posts (Ajax)
- Newest Member
- Site Statistics

That would combine 2 great hacks and would really be the ULTIMATE Side-Bar / Side- Column Plug-In :up:

Also we have posts sets to show "last post 5 min back..." and not exactely time. If this could be changed to vB setting would be great.

It would be nice if you could not display certain data so you could make the thread title longer...

The Latest Posts section is perfect now. The only thing is the popular threads. I like having this available, but under your format, this is still way too wide as the amount of information is too much....

If you can do an over/under option for that information, you will have achieved perfection in my opinion.

Also, you might want to consider making "Popular Thread", "Popular Threads".
