It will be better if the FBI image loads their ip and location ands saying they are tracking them
who can make the image ? or knows how to do it ?

why not have an internet error say an error like the good ole' 404

I REALLY love this concept, but what if I want to make it visible for only just ONE member/usergroup. Like I put perm banned members in a usergroup and they see that message.

Also I really love the FBI image, where did you get it? Do you actually have the HTML source code for it? I have the suspended source code:

Just find a script online that shows a users IP Address then just paste it in the code.
