Same here doesn't show up in the postbit. Turned on the feature. Works fine though when viewing a profile.

Great mod too bad it doesn't work in the postbit - where I need it the most.

clr_75 04-14-2007 04:37 PM

Does this mod work with 3.6.5? Haven't seen any indication within this thread... Thanks!

gabs1980 04-24-2007 08:53 AM

Postbit not working here :(

Doctor Death 05-07-2007 05:31 PM

How can you correct a spelling error?

In english version under member info it says: Avarage time per visited day:

Should read "Average time per Visited Day:"

Thanks

Doctor Death 05-07-2007 05:35 PM

I found it under phrase editor and corrected it.

staff80 05-25-2007 11:10 PM

You have to browse forums, then the time will increase.

It's working great now... but I could not find the following lines in postbit_legacy:

<div>
$vbphrase[posts]: $post[posts]
</div>

What should I do?

Besides, it's working fine in the postbit, but it says this above Navbar....

Is this mod not supported any more?

troybtj 07-18-2007 10:59 PM

I can't make it work out of the box. The good thing is the data is stored in the database, I'll try hacking the plugin a bit, all the variables are empty even when I have "display" to on in showthread.

I added the code from the .xml template for hours/minutes/sec online to postbit_legacy, but it shows only the : and stored phrases, no data.

Spookysalem 07-20-2007 09:02 AM

i cannot get this to show in my post_bit either and i have clicked the button.

it's a shame as this would be an awesome addition to my forum...

Big Jeff 07-25-2007 01:43 PM

If here:
User CP -> Control Panel -> Settings & Options -> Edit Options

you checked:
Use Invisible Mode

only Administration and You will see this information.

rayphua 07-25-2007 04:23 PM

Doesn't work on mine either, using 3.6.7.

May uninstall...

If you don't know how to install it proper, then don't say it doesn't work!

I've followed all that's been indicated in your instructions. Alot of other members are finding that they have the same problem. I've set only myself as invisible, all other users on my site do not have invisibility set. Yet I do not see this working IN POSTBIT. The other areas are working. Perhaps you can explain why instead of being pissed about it.

loonytune15 07-26-2007 12:45 PM

hmmm, I was going to install this as the other one I had doesn't look very pretty..

And have you done this one?
Code:

Installation
============
1) Import the product.
2) Make the template changes which you find in the templateedits-timedaysonboard.txt file. (When you have the TMS installed you don't have to make the template changes ... )
3) When you want you can activate the postbit display in "vBulletin Options" -> "Thread Display Options (showthread)".

vBulletin Options" -> "Thread Display Options (showthread)" ->

Time/Days on board - Postbit time display

Do you want to activate the time display in the postbit?
Attention: When an user has visited the board very long the time display could be very long!

Set this one to: "Yes"

i had a lot to do for the university the last weeks. next week i will try to fix all bugs in this hack.

but as i have already said the i will exclude the feature that it is shown in the postbit. because after some moth or a year it will be too long.

Yes I had already done that, I know you specifically mentioned that in the previous postings. But it is still not showing. Surely something else is missing or wrong? Please advice, thanks.

I can't advise as I don't see your forum, how you entered the code, what style you use, how you setup and etc.
You can give me a url to your site and admin login, so I can help you.
Or you can try to describe your every step of setuping this mod as detailed as you can.
+
About your stiles. Do you try it on default style?

RTFA 08-02-2007 01:58 AM

Having slight problem(maybe). The discrepancies here seem pretty extreme. The first quote is a low activity member, one who does not visit daily. The second quote contains my stats, an admin, who is on the site daily for hours at a time. It appears the low activity member has spent 3 more weeks on the board than I have. This is of course inaccurate.

Quote:

Spent time on board: 1 Day and 19:29:40 Hours
Spent days on board: 1 Month, 2 Weeks and 6 Days
Avarage time per visited day: 0:52:11 Hours
Quote:

Spent time on board: 2 Days and 17:43:12 Hours
Spent days on board: 1 Week and 1 Day
Avarage time per visited day: 8:12:54 Hours

What is the difference between Spent Time on board and Spent Days on board?

Also, what does "time per visited day" refer to? Is the hack working correctly and I'm just not understanding how the information is presented?

Thanks.

LjubavnaZona 08-04-2007 12:48 AM

It doesn't work for me either and I followed everything that is said. I uninstalled it and installed it again and still doesnt show.

Virrago 08-05-2007 10:43 PM

how do you uninstall it?

clockwor305 08-28-2007 10:25 PM

The time wasn't being displayed in my postbit either (3.6.8).

In the plugin 'Verbrachte Zeit formatieren (Postbit)' I changed the line:
Code:

if ($vbulletin->options['tdob_postbit'])
to:
Code:

if (true)
Hackish, but its's now displaying correctly.
Love this plugin by the way.

SpyCam 09-06-2007 07:27 AM

hi
installed the mod, but can't get the info showed in postbit_legacy, like in your screenshot:

Making this code change worked for me, it now displays in the postbit. Thank you!!

Hi
I need to change the top ten, to display only top ten moderators.
Where are the code? I see in misc.php but not found.

thanks

Roxie 09-16-2007 10:33 PM

Works nice on 3.6.8. I don't use the postbit part though.

Cheers.

Mazinger 09-17-2007 06:06 AM

Thanks.

I am having the same problem - the days are not rolling over for me - it only says one day, and I have had this hack installed for a week or so, and am on the board pretty much constantly. Also, many moderators who practically live on my board are having the same issue.
