These changes have been added to the 1.3.6 product file. |
Works great now! Thanks!

2.0 Gold released. Definately worth installing if you liked the previous versions. It SHOULD be bug-free as I have tested it on 3.6.2 and 3.5.4 without any problems.
I hope you enjoy it. |
awesome! can you do a screenshot of the forumhome WGO?
|

Screenshots attached up top. Normal, With Avatar and Name, Just avatar. Size of the pic is adjustable in the admincp. PS> it's 3:40 am in germany so there's noone on lol |

if you could make it work as a cms module for vbadvanced. they also have a box for who's online, and if this could work with that, that'd be unreal. |

..................... ........................ just .................... lol. There's a hack out there for vba with some sort of avatar thingy that displays buddy's etc etc but as far as I know it doesn't quite work yet. |

Ok, check the top post again, I've attached a text file explaining the file edit needed to make the thumbs show in the vbAdvanced block. Everyone elses avatar will show but your own. I have to go to work so, meh, it's a start. It requires you edit the modules/onlineusers.php file. |
Any fix on the vbadvanced module to get the admin photo to show ?
|
nice idea thnx

Haven't given up though :) |
for some reason it works in firefox but theres an underline but not in IE .. hope that is of any help
|
so this shows only on the forum home? I want it to only show when I click the who's online thing and it show on that list. Will this do only that for me?

You have the option of showing thumbnails in the who's online, on the forumhome, or both. Take a look at the screenshot of the admincp and it should explain itself. ( https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/attachmen...2&d=1162865136 ) |
Is there a way to have the username appear above or below the avatar? I can get it to work in who's online with just a <br/> but if I do that on forumhome it makes the avatars line up horizontally.

I don't think there's a way to do it without looping a table column through the forumhome. I'll play with it tonight and see if I can come up with a solution, but I'm doubtfull. Check back in about 12 hrs ^^ |
Thanks, you rule.
|
Sorry I tried but I can't get it to work.
It would require file changes, but even that I can't figure out. Basically the php file parses the table then goes to the template and then finishes the table. In order to change that you'd need to modify the php file and change the output :/ I'm not skilled enough to figure it out apparently :( |
No problem, thanks for trying though!
|
Can this mod be used to show a 'who's online block' on a vbPortal front page / block?
|

Is the current status of the vba frontpage. Haven't really worked on it >< |
i got the comma out of the forumhome but any ideas on how to get it out of the vbadvanced module?

No fix for this yet. I've tinkered with it about 6 times now and still can't come up with a simple way to get it to work. The whole VBA thing was just an addon due to demand, I never really planned on messing with VBA so it may just remain that way forever :( |
Forgot to add that it doesnt show up avatar on every user online. I've edited the onlineusers.php and it doesnt help..thanks for the help..
