Much as I shouldn't big up the competition, I'd like to second this site. The slightly off-kelter layout and friendly round design is terrific.

I'd like to nominate my brand new forum-for-forums, The Doghouse.

Well, the forum is intended to be as clear and clean as possible. There are quite a few aesthetic improvements and of all the functional modifications the "Dogg" rating system is probably the most interesting.

Werewolf theme with portal and intro movie, flash Integration, hand drawn graphics, animated status icons, animated / flashed postbit graphics, custom profiles, modifications to enhance the purpose of the site, portal & forum headers change out depending on season and users local time.

Funny how all the vbulletin related boards get seconded. If you guys have missed this (and I am sure you did not) you would see why this board is probably the best looking board in this thread.
