I think it would be fairly easy to do by changing the search part of the form. The hard part is finding out the search syntax you would need.

Very nice. But how can I make the 'member search' block less wide? It's now wider than the 'search forums' block. And it looks out of place like this.
|
Edit the search_memberform and locate
Code:
<div><input type="text" class="bginput" name="ausername" size="25" value="$ltr" title="$vbphrase[username]" />$gobutton</div> |
That makes it much better, but does not solve it. The search boxes are now at the same size. There is no space between the box and the 'go' button. There should be 0.5 between them.

I can't get this to work on my new style or my CMPS portal pages. I've done the suggested, any other fixes?
|
Yes, vbadvanced handles the navbar in a different way than vbulletin. This is a bit annoying at times, but overall the vba team are very willing to find solutions. Please create a thread about this on www.vbadvanced.com/forum and post the link here. It might take some time before they respond.
I do not know about your new style, but it may be the same problem. |
This works well on vb 3.7 and 3.8
Still does not work on vbadvanced. |
Doenst seem to work on vb 3.8.5 anymore.
|
Does anyone know how to fix this for vb 3.8.5?
|
