I was using the free version on my ubbThreads a while back and it integrated with the user's login information from the forum's database.

Wondering.....has anyone tried this on vB 3.6.1 yet?

Also, if reading this thread accurately.....this will not work with a free sigma chat account?

I don't understand this at all.

Does it this even work for 3.6.2? I installed the forum folder and imported the xml. And I don't know what else to do? It's not showing on my forum. And I don't know what changes to make in the "edit manage products".

You need to add your navbar link yourself
but if you configed sigmachat via vBulletin Options -> SigmaChat easy Install
then you should be able to view your chat at http://yourforum.com/forumdir/chat.php

Sigmachat have changed their name and released v8 will this hack work with the new version?

All installed but I just get a red "x" in the top lefh hand cornor.

That means you don't have Java installed on your computer. ;)

To get rid of the pop-up notifications you need to log in to the addon cpanel and choose the setting there.

I finally got this 'new' version of what was sigmachat re-integrated into my vb 3.6.2... however we don't like it very much, they added some things but they also got rid of some. May not renew my license for my 'platinum' version when it's due next month. Going to look at some other options for chats that integrate well with vB

I use Flasherize ChatRoom on my site and like it. :)

sigmachat just changed to addonchat v8... not sure if they still have a vb integration addon.

Yes, they do. I have the Professional Plus pkg. and it integrates just fine with my forum.

Yes, we do, and it is fully supported as well. I'm not sure if this mod supports our latest release, but I can assure you that our official addon does:

This mod works with the free sigmachat version. Tested (and installed) on a 3.6.8 vBulletin ;)

Sigmachat is now addonchat and this doesn't work anymore.
