well I've added the custom field, but for members who didn't update their profile, or they don't have any threads to show, they get SQL error, how to solve that?

this hack must really go to beta, it's missing handling the operations of Add / Remove within showthread.php, missing phrases "mybest_add" and "mybest_remove"
and as mentioned earlier the hooks system should be used to replace $foot with the desired variable.
I've done these things and I guess I made it work.

I installed it, works for me (as admin) but not for normal registered users. They dont get to see the menu in the dropdown?

Found just 1 problem :(

When a member views another members profile when looking at the Best Threads list at the bottom all the threads the user chose don't show up for other members to see.

That's a member choosing best threads and the admin not being able to view anything:confused:

I did all the template edits and the table is there but no info in it for other threads :(

Yes, one can only see the threads in one's own profile but not the threads in other members' profiles.

Replace 3 in hook location member_start with:
