The new update is only for PM Attachments conflict. So, checking the script <> private is the best surely.

It's better than you only expect the script = showthread or showpost <-- this is easier to get new bugs in new version of vBulletin :)

Hi Abe...

I need your help please...
I have had this working perfectly but have now installed GARS and i need to apply the template editd to some of the GARS templates....

Can you assist please as i have this turned off atm and its a shame as i love this hack :)

EIDT: I have fixed this now...I had to insert some of yout postbit code into
the GARS_pb and GARS_comment templates....

If you have 1800 people download a file and they all have to thank it, does that mean there are going to be 1800 thanks down the page o_O

Or does it do something with those thanks? like put them in a scrolling box or something, and wouldnt this slow down the page load heaps having to call on all 1800 thanks?

- in some forum this option's desactivated (thank' you hack), but the attachement 're blocked for download

Is there a way to disable viewing of a particular kind of attachment only ??

Like disable .zips to be downloaded but allow jpegs to be viewed.

thanks for this effective hack..it's really amazin'

My question is:::: Does it work with the AJAX ??????????? bcoz when the user replies on the post using the Ajax reply option...It may not work bcoz the page is not gonna be refreshed..!!!

Can u tell us if it does work with it??????????

I have done all upates, so it should have been repaired then?

First, you are reporting this in the wrong thread. It belongs in the Post Thank You Hack thread.

Second, I believe it was fixed a few versions ago. What version do you have installed now?

Why wrong thread, this happend when i removed a thanks after i
have thanked to be able to see an attachment
You keep replying to me saying this , but i have this hack installed
I had to say thanks to be able to download the attachment......

I removed the thanks cause the attachment was not appropriate and i got that error!!

How do i find the version plugin only says

I dont know anything about modify on that level...

Abe has been so kind and reverted back to the earlier version for me
now all is how i can live with lol :)

Hi Abe

I had to move servers and reinstall many hacks
This gave me the oppertunity to be able to install the ajax version

We use this hack for the attachments and when click thanks the button
dissapears as it should but we still have to refresh the page anyway to
see the attachment....any ideas plase?

This add-on does not support AJAX yet.
