I got a problem and I'm posting my problem! If someone wants to help me out they will, I'm not harassing the author just the instruction that I follow didn't give me the end results.

Master: Sorry, I don't know what to tell you - it appears to be working ok for everyone else who has installed it, and as you can see from the screenshots, it worked ok for me.

All I can suggest is either moving the template edit to another position, make sure that the user(s) you are testing it with have their birthdays set, and if all else fails, uninstall it all and start again.

@Alan @ CIT:

Here's the modification that I've made to your product. I am not using the version of your plugin that shows in memberinfo; just the old one that showed in postbit. It now displays zodiac signs as I described. Cuspers get "Sagittarius-Capricorn Cusp" and everyone else gets something like "Leo III". The word "Cusp" is not in the lang. I have this product installed and working on a production-level board; there are no bugs with it.

In the phrases, the word "Sagitarious" is spelled wrong. It should be"Sagittarius".

Nice one. I'm curious, would the Roman numeral thing a convention most people might recognize?

P.S.
I will be adding options for:
- Chinese Zodiac
- Basic versus Advanced style Babylonian Zodiac Sun Sign (this is the one that we are used to)
- Babylonian Zodiac Moon Sign
- Babylonian Zodiac Ascendant Sign

Hey all,

From this point onwards, Tippen has very kindly agreed to take over this hack from me. Due to other commitments, I don't feel I have the time, or the knowledge of the zodiac to extend this hack as some people would like, so I figured it would be better for everyone to have a dedicated chap working on it :)

Rickie3, I would personally vote to tone down the icons a little more - smaller and more succinct. Same goes for Flow's PSD upload.

I'm thinking of something about 70x30 (antialiased gif), although I am not sure. If someone wants to go ahead and make some public domain ones, that might be useful. *hint, hint*

My personal vision would be something a little smaller, more akin to the instant messaging icon which I think is 17x17.

Yep exactly, that one works perfectly ;)

and Nexialys made a hack for the 3.0x series with Chinese zodiac info as well (has images and birthstone thingies etc)

It makes a smaller footprint in efficiency although it's probably negligible.
But more features does take more process.

Eh... Since the Master of this mod hasn't answered since December, I allowed myself to edit it a bit...

[New Features]
Display Choice:
- Text only
- Icon with Text
- Icon only
- Picture

Seperate Phrases for Memberinfo & Postbit
- zodiac_sign_memberinfo
- zodiac_sign_postbit
- They can be turned on/off separately

Fields to add stuff before and after the Phrases
- Before the phrases
- In between the phrases and the sign
- After the sign
(good for formatting)

Size limit for Icons/Images
- Limit Height & Width
(if not set, it uses the images size)

Own Pictures/Icons
- Changeable Path
(standard: images/zodiac)
- Changeable file type
(use whatever image type you want)

[IMPORTANT]
Pictures have to be named like this:
picture_ + (Zodiac-Phrase)
e.g. standard english Gemini file = picture_gemini.png

Icons have to be named the same, just with "icon_" instead of "picture_"

[!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!]WRITE THE FILENAME IN small caps[!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!]

I guess I"m doing something wrong as well. it does show up in my memberinfo but not in postbit. I saw someone else had this problem...did you ever get it figured out?

Silkie: Try uninstalling it all and re-installing from scratch, that should solve the problem. Be sure to follow the instructions about editing the postbit template.

Probably not, I didn't know the zodiac signs changed in leap years :)
