ok..everything is done and now i get this...

I installed it but the admin menu for the arcade doesn't show up. Its just a blank menu with no options.

For some reason I dont get anything in the acp to change settings just a blank box

same thing but if u aim your curser closely you will see it highlight u can click on it and u will prob get same error as me.

You didn't upload the xml file for the cpnav. ;)

or, if using vB 3.0.x you should rebuild the languages (call /admincp/language.php?do=rebuild)

If you have vB 3.5.x you should import the Product-XML



Everybody, just read the necessary steps in the installation-instructions to have a clean, quick setup :)

EDIT I got it to work I loaded the product from the folder not the url I uninstalled then loaded from url now its fine.

hi i have this version currently running on my 3.5.0 board ibProArcade v2.5.1,so if i just upload all the files and import the product and set overwrite to yes,all should be ok then???will i need to do any template edits?,also if i upgrade will i lose any of my current games and members scores?

I am running 3.5 and I also loaded the proper xml files.

Yeah I imported it again and just overwrote the previous one and the admin cp showed. Thanks for the tip.

Why should they have to do that? I have upgrade fine with this and have not seen anything like this. I guess I'm at a loss on this one. ;)

No, you will be fine on the upgrade and not lose anything. And yes, do it as you said and it will upgrade fine. ;)

Clear your cache and redownload the file. The product xml has been silently updated to handle the overwrite now. That was my mistake. All corrected now. ;)

Isn't there a v3arcadegames site somewhere?

well the first time i upgraded to the first first arcade i twasnt showing til i rebuilt it......

And we appreciate it, really. I just didn't understand how rebuilding them would change anything, I guess. But the file has been updated with a fixed product file for those that are running the betas. Those that are installing fresh, won't notice any difference. ;)

Ok installed it all but it is not showing up anywhere

I needed to close my ACP window and log back into it before the Arcade navigational button refreshed itself. I never installed the beta.

any reason why the games would appear twice on the game list?

just one more question the games that are in the upload folder i already have do i remove the swf and images before i upload and upgrade???or can i just leave them there with no affect?

check in your game list and erase the double...

some game are default installed by the arcade so it duplicates them

My arcade is not recording high scores, Is it a setting I am missing somewhere ?

Does this correct the previous problem with tourney advancement? Or no? I imagine it does...i'm just checking :p
