Please take a few minutes to outline this hack better, Barney-style. No complaints about the hack, it actually looks great for RPG forum admins and the like, but since I don't work on RPG forums it took me five minutes longer to figure out what the heck this actually is than it should have.

It would be kind of cool to have an Itemshop Store that sells items that other users have bought and want to sell to another user. Points are located in the money column in the itemshop_user database under the users id.

is this when you are making a new profile? you need to click itemshop cp and choose your gender and click Join Itemshop.

Whats the metod of aquiring points? for posts? if so what options is there a % per character like ucash did? or what methods for points? not where there located

oh sorry, i guess i didnt understand your question, yes they get points for posts and threads, you can set it in the admin panel, default is 5.

Yes, I clicked on that. But still having errors. Besides that, admincp itemshop is also having errors as well.

Example when trying to add new caterogy..

its working, its just saying that it cant find the phrase saying it worked :)

im not sure how to do this exactly but ill look into it.

blaine here is some hot tea and bandaids for all the wounds you've acquired from just posting gratuitously with a shop hack. i havent even downloaded but damn all of you negative people should be ashamed for assaulting this person. you guys are so greedy and will stab any coder in the back for something else. seriously guys, seriously.

Something to consider in future versions is "Actions" as with the old uShop. Thief was a really popular action. Also, user title changes and username colors / glows etc... Those would all be pretty handy. I'm interested in installing this, but will wait until it is fully tested. Don't want to monkey with my DB right now with over 45,000 users.

Ok, I get ya. But you may as well offer it for download as we could just install it/try it out on our test vb's. Anyway good luck with the mod.

Ucash isnt for sure, I have been using it for sometime. But if you make a shop just make the points field selectable by the admin like bookie and pets do, then you dont have to worry about it.

Blaine can you let us know the status of this? Seems like you pulled it and that was about a week and half ago, no word on updates. Are you working on this? Possible to get a newer beta for those who installed the original buggy one!?

Also any word on %points for posts built in??

yes, i am still working on this, not much time with school, i added all phrases and am now using the vbulletin error system, redid a bunch of templates, and deleted about 200 lines of code. its almost stable, just need to wrap some things up, I am not making any add ons right now, but once i get a stable 1.0.0 out ill add on ucash integration and an action shop (colored usernames and stuff) and eventually ill get a %points thinger once I figure out how to do it. I might have the stable version out today or tomorrow, check back :)

UCASH is full of bugs, I would recommend removing it!
