It seems nobody gonna help anyway I'll try to find nother way to handle this

I opened a support ticket they also say the same thing now I am stuck if you want I can give my license details

No, giving your license details to me will not help you in any way. Also giving out those details to anybody else then official Jelsoft support is a risk.

Please continue with the support ticket, and explain you already tried the normal procedure. If that don't work, try sending a PM to Wayne Luke at vBulletin.com (he is cross-site coordinator).
